Loan Closing Agent Services:

We offer loan closings for multiple banks, private lenders, settlement and title companies.
Our group of experienced loan closing agents will assist with the process from beginning to end.

Services not provided:

Virginia notaries are not authorized to certify true copies of birth, death, or marriage certificates.
Only the Division of Vital Records/Statistics may perform such a certification.
Virginia notaries are not authorized to certify true copies of court issued documents.
Virginia notaries are not authorized to perform marriage ceremonies.
A Virginia notary is not authorized to notarize his/her own signature.

Required Proof of Identification needed at the time of Notary:

Identity shall be ascertained by examination of one or more of the following eight documents:

1) A United States Passport
2) A certificate of United States citizenship
3) A certificate of naturalization
4) An unexpired foreign passport
5) An alien registration card with photograph
6) A state issued driver’s license
7) A state-issued identification card
8) A United States military card.
